In 2010, the Brazilian company Industria de Cimentos do Conde Ltd invested in a new complete factory, Elizabeth Cement Plant, capable of delivering 2500 TPD cement. The delivery of services and equipment effectively started in 2011, and commissioning was completed by summer 2014.
