The five-star hotel was invested in by Thanh Hoa Construction Corp and operated by Accor. Boydens Vietnam designed the MEP and sustainable parts. This is iconic in both the architectural and MEP aspects, one of the reasons being energy savings. Thanks to the central chiller, lighting sensors, and Building Management System (BMS) for sustainable solutions.
