The five-star hotel was invested in by Thanh Hoa Construction Corp and operated by Accor. The MEP & Sustainable part was designed by Boydens Vietnam. This is iconic in the architect and MEP aspect, one of the reasons is saving energy. Thanks to the central chiller, lighting sensors, and BMS for sustainable solutions.
